Required Parts:

  • 2x 10mm M1.4 Screws

  • 2x M1.4 ('small') Nuts

  • 2x Small Metal Washer

  • 2x Nylon Washer

  • 1x Servo

  • 1x Rover Lower Frame Plate

Mount the gripper servo to the lower frame as indicated in the pictures.

Special Notes:

  • Use one of the servos that DOES NOT have double sided tape already applied. (One of your servos is shipped with tape already applied - this is the tilt servo you will use in the final step when assembling the tilt head).

  • The textured side of the black frame should face up. Smooth side down.

  • Note the direction of the servo. Pay attention to the side the white servo gear is placed on.

  • Looking down on servo from the top of the frame, servo cables should come off the left side.

  • Plastic washers go between servo and frame.

  • Metal washers go on top side to prevent screws from pulling through the mounting holes on servo.
