Pan Servo

Required Parts:

  • 4x 6mm M1.4 Screws

  • 4x M1.4 ('small') Nuts

  • 4x Small Metal Washer

  • 2x Metal Servo Mount

  • 1x Servo

Attach both servo mounts first, then add the servo to the mounts.

Special Notes:

  • Use one of the servos that DOES NOT have double sided tape already applied. (One of your servos is shipped with tape already applied - this is the tilt servo you will use in the final step when assembling the tilt head).

  • Study the orientation of the servo mounts carefully in the images below.

  • Note the direction of the servo. Pay attention to the side the white servo gear is placed on.

  • Looking down on servo from the top of the frame, servo cables should come off the left side

  • Metal washers go on top side of servo to prevent screws from pulling through the mounting holes on servo.

  • Metal washers go on the bottom side of the black frame to prevent screw head from pulling into frame.
